The aim of this course is to equip you with the ability to lead a good life as an early-career researcher. This course will provide you with 1. knowledge about basic psychological concepts 2. practical exercises that have been shown to foster well-being.

Over the course of 12 weeks, we will cover the following topics:
 Human intelligence & emotions
 Personality & creativity
 Conflict situations
 Productivity, Memory & Attention
 Stress & Well-being
 Mental Health & Mental Illness

All of the topics are targeted at early-career researchers. Prerequisites: Willingness to participate in practical exercises

Evaluation: Attendance
