This training will equip you with everything you need to successfully interview in industry. The theory input on Nov 11 will teach you how to write a CV and cover letter and what matters during an interview. Participants then have 3 weeks time to prepare a mock application and they get to practice interviewing in a 1-1 mock-interview on Dec 5 or 6. After the interview participants will get constructive feedback.
Trainer: Christine Mössler, MBA has been a recruiter and team lead in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade. Now she uses her experience to coach managers and executives and to support scientific talent to successfully move to industry.
Target group: People who would like to apply in industry.
Prerequisites: None.
Evaluation: If people submit an application and do the mock interview, they will pass.
Teaching format: Theory input, self-preparation, practical session, feedback session.
