Geometric representation theory constructs representations of various algebraic objects in a geometrical way. It is interesting for both representation theory and for geometry.
There are non-trivial connections to algebraic combinatorics and mathematical physics. In the course we will discuss selected topics, chosen from a list containing topics such as:
geometry of moment maps and their representation theory aspects; geometry of Category O of infinite dimensional representations of algebraic groups; universal enveloping algebras
and their geometric aspects.

Target group: People interested in geometric representation theory.

Prerequisites: Algebraic/differential geometry; basic representation theory, say of finite groups.
