By the end of this 16 hour workshop students will be able to
- analyse the conditions for successful learning and teaching
- apply basic concepts and methods of university-level teaching
- formulate learning outcomes
- illustrate characteristics of good university-level teaching
- realise and explain the importance of good quality teaching and continuous training in the area of university-level didactics
- develop and realise teaching scenarios in an autonomous and sustainable way by means of professional support and exchange with colleagues
Target group: (Future) Teaching Assistants and/or Course Instructors

Evaluation: In order to gain 1 ECTS, students have to attend the full workshop and submit an additional piece of homework to judita.huber@ist.ac.at .
